Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, or Union counties, Pennsylvania, OR attending Bucknell University, Pennsylvania College of Technology, or Pennsylvania State University - Penn State University Park. Students studying in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or civil technology are welcome to apply.
