The Warren R. Coffman Memorial Scholarship supports students attending Indiana State University. Eligible applicants are sophomores, juniors, or seniors seeking a degree in the Scott College of Business or the Bailey College of Engineering and Technology. Residents of Clark, Edgar, or Vermilion counties in Illinois, or Clay, Parke, Sullivan, Vermillion, or Vigo counties in Indiana, who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply.
