Requirements

This program is open to spouses and dependent children of active-duty, retired, Reserve, National Guard, or deceased armed forces personnel (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy) assigned to F.E. Warren AFB, or resident of Laramie County, Wyoming.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state to work on a bachelor's or master's degree.

Selection is based on academic excellence and involvement in school, community, and workplace.
