The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship - Baccalaureate Scholarship program is available to residents of Washington who are seeking a bachelor's degree in a STEM or healthcare-related field. High school seniors, GED recipients, and current college freshmen and sophomores who plan to attend or are currently attending a college or university in Washington are welcome to apply.
