The Washington State Opportunity Scholarship - Career and Technical Scholarship program is available to residents of Washington who are high school graduates or have earned a GED certificate. The scholarship supports students who are seeking a professional certification or associate degree in a high-demand trade, STEM, or healthcare-related field. Students who are enrolling in an approved program at a community or technical college in Washington are welcome to apply.

  • Demonstrate financial need Students who are planning to earn their bachelor's degree after completion of an approved program are not eligible for this scholarship.
