The Waterloo Rotary: Fred Adams Scholarship supports graduates of Black Hawk County high schools in Iowa as they pursue post-secondary education at Allen College, Hawkeye Community College, or the University of Northern Iowa. This scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated the ability to succeed academically, with additional consideration given to those who show a strong commitment to community service.
