The Wayne Morse Legacy Scholarship supports Oregon residents who will enroll as college juniors or above or as first-year graduate students as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time in undergraduate or graduate study at a four-year college or university in Oregon are encouraged to apply.

  • Preference is granted to graduates of Jackson or Josephine County high schools and to those intending to attend the Oregon Health & Science University School of Nursing at Southern Oregon University.
