The WE Communications Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students who are residents of Oregon or Washington and are interested in pursuing a career in communications or marketing. Special consideration is given to college juniors or seniors, as well as to members or alumni of the Oregon or Washington Portfolio Project Program.
