The Welborn Family Scholarship program is available to Arizona high school seniors who are seeking bachelor's degrees. Students who are attending a four-year university in the state are welcome to apply. Preference is given to first-generation college students, thsoe from low-income families, and those who are not eligible for state scholarships.
