The Weller Family Scholarship supports students who are or have been in foster care as they continue their postsecondary education. Special consideration is given to graduates of high schools in Lincoln County or coastal communities in Clatsop, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Lane, or Tillamook County who have not yet attended college, and students who demonstrate academic excellence.
