The West Texas Legacy Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from the counties served by the Permian Basin Area Foundation in Texas. Students from Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Crockett, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Jeff Davis, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, or Winkler counties in Texas are welcome to apply.
