Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of West Virginia who are children between 16 and 25 years of age of deceased veterans.
  • The veteran must have entered service as a resident of West Virginia; served during specified periods of wartime; and died during that wartime period or, if subsequent to discharge, as a result of disability incurred in that wartime service.
  • Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a public college or university in West Virginia.
