The West Virginia Wing-Civil Air Patrol Cadet Scholarship is available to members of the West Virginia Wing – Civil Air Patrol and who reside in West Virginia. Graduating high school seniors are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate leadership skills by earning the Civil Air Patrol Amelia Earhart or higher award.
