The West Virginia Wing-Civil Air Patrol Cadet Scholarship is available to members of the West Virginia Wing – Civil Air Patrol and who reside in Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan counties in West Virginia. Graduating high school seniors are welcome to apply. Preference is given to students who demonstrate leadership skills by earning the Civil Air Patrol Amelia Earhart or higher award.

Requirements
  • Member in good standing of West Virginia Wing – Civil Air Patrol
  • Minimum 2.5 GPA
  • Graduating high school senior
  • Resident of Berkeley, Jefferson, or Morgan counties in West Virginia
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student in the U.S.
  • Unit commander endorsement or recommendation Preference is given to students who demonstrate leadership skills by earning the Civil Air Patrol Amelia Earhart or higher award.
