Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students (including veterinary students) who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in the 11 western states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington) or the western provinces of Canada that offer a poultry curriculum.
  • Eligible fields of study include avian biology, food technology, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, or veterinary medicine.
  • Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, and interest and commitment to a poultryrelated career.
