The Westmoreland Coal Company and Penn Virginia Corporation Foundation Endowed Scholarship supports students enrolled full-time at Montana State University Billings who demonstrate financial need. Special consideration is given to students pursuing a degree or minor in applied science, business administration, earth science, environmental studies, general science, or Native American studies.
