Requirements
  • This program is open to women who are high school seniors or older and preparing to enter the HVACR industry.
  • Applicants who are interested in attending a 4year college or university must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher; applicants at technical colleges or trade schools must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • All applicants must submit a 500word essay on what motivated them to prepare for a career in the HVACR industry, their long-term goals relevant to that industry, how a career in HVACR will provide a positive impact on their professional goals and career path, the importance of their major in today's society and for the future, and what they feel are the most important issues facing them in their field today.
