  • Member of FFA or the Wichita County 4-H Program, having exhibited a Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) for two consecutive years at the WCJLS

  • Attending City View Junior/Senior, Legacy, Memorial, or Wichita Falls high schools in Wichita Falls, Burkburnett High School in Burkburnett, Electra High School in Electra, or Iowa Park High School in Iowa Park, Texas
