The Wilbur and William Cummings Memorial Scholarship program supports graduating seniors and graduates of high schools located within the city of Belvidere, Illinois. Students who are studying for a degree in medical sciences, nursing, or other healthcare-related fields and participate in community service in Boone County, Illinois are welcome to apply.
