The Will Power Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Hampton High School in Pennsylvania. Students planning to attend a vocational/technical trade school or a 2- or 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply. Those who have maintained positivity, and perseverance and demonstrated will power to overcome adversity or an obstacle in life receive special consideration.
