The Willcox Savage Scholarship is open to Virginia residents who are members of historically marginalized racial or ethnic groups. Students enrolled at a law school are encouraged to apply. First-year law students, those attending a law school in Virginia, and/or residents of Hampton Roads receive special consideration.
