The William Ammer Memorial Educational Trust Fund of the Pickaway County Community Foundation provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors of Circleville City, Logan Elm City, Teays Valley Local, or Westfall school districts in Ohio. Students who are matriculating to a college or university are welcome to apply. This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Judge Ammer.
