William C. Groninger Scholarship provides financial assistance for college in any state to high school seniors in Stone and Taney counties, Missouri, who submit outstanding essays on veterans in American history.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Stone or Taney counties of Missouri and planning to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college or university, vocational/technical institute, or trade school in any state.

Authors of the highestranked essays are invited to participate in an interview.

Selection of winners is based on the essays and the interviews.

Applications are especially encouraged from relatives of veterans or activeduty service members, living or dead.
