The William D. Mearns Scholarship supports graduating seniors of Ashland High School in Ashland, Oregon, as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time in undergraduate study at a two- or four-year public or private nonprofit college or university in Oregon, particularly those studying education, nursing, or a science-related field, are encouraged to apply.
