The William E. Keene Memorial Scholarship supports residents of Oregon or Washington as they continue their postsecondary education. Students pursuing public health at a four-year public or nonprofit college or university are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students in public health, epidemiology, environmental health science, health care management, and health education and behavioral science, as well as to those who demonstrate academic excellence.

  • Seeking a bachelor's degree full or parttime
  • Planning a career in public health, with a strong interest in epidemiology
  • U.S. citizens and eligible noncitizens Preference is given to students in public health, epidemiology, environmental health science, health care management, and health education and behavioral science, and to those with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
