  • This program is open to residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont who are enrolled or planning to enroll as an undergraduate or graduate student at an institution of higher learning in any state.
  • Applicants must be an employee or dependent of an employee of the forest products industry.
  • They must be able to demonstrate financial need.
