The William Pigott Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors residing in McHenry or Winnebago counties in Illinois. Students studying for a degree in engineering are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who exhibit strong academic performance and are residing in McHenry County, studying metallurgical engineering, or attending the University of Illinois, Illinois State University, Illinois Institute of Technology, the University of Iowa, or the Colorado School of Mines.
