The Willie and Eloise Root Memorial Scholarship is available to high school seniors and current college students who are pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree. Migrant workers, children of migrant workers, victims of human trafficking, or students who can demonstrate an active role in the lives of this population are welcome to apply.
