The Willis Blackwood Endowed Scholarship is awarded to rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors at Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business. Students interested and committed to pursuing entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to rising juniors and seniors who are previous recipients and continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
