Requirements
  • This program is open to students currently attending accredited cosmetology schools in Australia or in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, North Carolina, Oregon, or Washington.
  • Applicants must be seeking funds to purchase the required "kit"/supplies for the program.
  • They must be U.S. or Australian citizens.
  • Selection is based on service and leadership (15 points), financial need (50 points), and scholastic ability (25 points).
  • A $5 processing fee is required. Completed applications must be submitted to the ESA state counselor who then verifies the information before forwarding them to the scholarship director.
