The Wings Over America Scholarship for Dependents is available to dependent children of active duty, retired, honorably discharged, or deceased members of the U.S. Navy who serve or have served in U.S. Navy Aviation. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.

  • Dependent child of an active, reserve, veteran, retired, or deceased member of the U.S. Navy who served at least 8 years to include time in a U.S. Navy aviation command
  • Resident of the U.S.

  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree fulltime
  • Participation in community service or extracurricular activities
  • Aged 23 or younger
  • Exhibit good character
