The Winifred R. Reynolds Educational Scholarship supports students with financial need who are residents of Colorado or who were residents of California or Colorado for at least 2 years. Students who have proven academic success, participate in extracurricular activities, and are seeking a master's degree or Ph.D in early childhood education, child development, or educational psychology are welcome to apply.
