The Winnebago County Veterans Association Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools in Winnebago County, Illinois. Students who are family of an honorable discharged veteran, National Guard Reservist, U.S. Army reservist, or an active-duty U.S. Armed Service member are encouraged to apply.
