The Winnebago County Veterans Association Scholarship is available to students who are residents of Winnebago County. Children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and siblings of current and former U.S. Armed Services members who demonstrate a deep understanding of honor, courage, and integrity are welcome to apply.
