Requirements
  • This program is open to enrolled members of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska who are attending or planning to attend an institution of higher education in any state.
  • Applicants must be working full or parttime on a vocational certificate or an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • They must submit a copy of their Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), transcripts, and documentation of financial need.
  • In the selection process, the first priority is given to students who live on the reservation, second to students who live off the reservation, third to students who live in Nebraska, and fourth to students who live in other states.
