The Wisconsin Garden Club Federation Della H. Balousek Scholarship is available to residents of Wisconsin who are planning to attend a college or university in Wisconsin. Rising juniors and seniors, or postgraduate students planning to pursue a bachelor's or graduate degree in one of the approved areas of study are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their academic standing, character, and career objectives.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA for postgraduate students
  • Resident of Wisconsin
  • Upperlevel college student (rising junior or senior), or postgraduate student at a college in Wisconsin
  • Seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree in horticulture, floriculture, landscape design/architecture, botany, forestry, agronomy, plant pathology, environmental studies, city planning, land management, or other related studies as a fulltime student
  • Demonstrate merit through academic standing
