Wisconsin Horse Council Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Wisconsin Horse Council (WHC) who are interested in working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in an equine-related field at a school in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to WHC members (including members of constituent clubs and associations) who have been residents of Wisconsin for at least the past 5 years.
  • Applicants must be high school seniors or current college students attending or planning to attend a 2 or 4-year college or university in any state to work on an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in an equine-related field.
  • Financial need is also considered in the selection process.
