Requirements
  • Eligible are Wisconsin residents enrolled at least half time in independent nonprofit colleges and universities in the state.
  • Students may study abroad if the tuition cost of the program is paid directly to the Wisconsin institution and the credits earned are acceptable by the institution as credit for the degree on which the student is working.
  • Selection is based on financial need.
