The Women in ROTC Endowed Scholarship is available to female Air Force, Army, and Naval ROTC students attending Oregon State University or Western Oregon University. Contracted ROTC students who demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to juniors, seniors, and completion ROTC students.
