The Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship Program is available to high school graduates or those enrolled in or who have completed a General Educational Development (GED) Program. Kentucky residents who have not yet earned an associate's or higher degree are eligible to apply.

Requirements
  • Resident of Kentucky
  • High school graduate, or enrolled in or have completed a General Educational Development (GED) Program
  • Seeking a professional certification or associate degree in a high‐demand workforce sector
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Not be enrolled in an ineligible degree program, such as a bachelor's or another associate program
  • Maintain satisfactory academic progress
  • Not be in default on any Title IV program or KHEAA administered program
