The W.P. & T.M. Phillips Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from any public high school in Rockingham and Shenandoah counties or the city of Harrisonburg in Virginia. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in agriculture are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to students based on their academic record, chosen field of study, leadership qualities, and involvement in agricultural activities.
