The WTS Helene M. Overly Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to female graduate students, who are either residents of or attending a college or university in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flager, Nassau, Putnam, or St. Johns counties in Northeast Florida. Students planning to pursue a career in a transportation-related field are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen by their participation in extracurricular activities or work experience.
