WTS Junior College/Trade School Scholarship provides financial assistance to women enrolled at a community college or trade school to prepare for a career in transportation.

Requirements

This program is open to women who are working on an associate or technical degree in transportation or a transportation-related field (e.g., transportation engineering, planning, finance, or logistics).

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applications must be submitted first to a local chapter; the chapters forward selected applications for consideration on the national level.

Minority women are especially encouraged to apply.

Selection is based on transportation involvement and goals, job skills, academic record, and leadership potential; financial need is not considered.
