Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Wyoming whose parent, guardian, or grandparent is either 1) a member of the Wyoming Wheat Growers Association; or 2) a producer of wheat in the state upon which a wheat assessment has been levied.
  • Applicants must be planning to attend a college or university in any state and major in any field.
  • They must submit a resume and a brief statement of their future educational plans.
