The Yellow Ribbon Scholarship is available to students at Eastern Florida State College who are members of the National Guard or the Armed Forces Reserves or a dependent child of a member. Residents of Brevard County, Florida who are seeking a professional certification, associate degree, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to full-time students.
