The Yinghsia Shih Li Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating female high school seniors from the Lucia Mar Unified school district in San Luis Obispo County, California. Students who plan to pursue a bachelor's degree in agricultural science, biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, environmental science, mathematics, or physics are encouraged to apply.

  • Attend a 4year non-profit institution as a full-time student
  • Proven academic achievement with strong academic performance in science and math
