The Youth in Foster Care Scholarship program is available to students between the ages of 17-21 who have been a resident of New Mexico and part of the New Mexico foster care system for at least a year. Graduating high school seniors, college students, or GED recipients seeking an associate or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
