The Zenobia V. Brooker Scholarship is offered to Black or African American students who are college sophomores at any 4-year college or university, UNCF, or HBCU. Students who wish to pursue a degree in education are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who have graduated from DCPS high schools in Washington D.C.
