Jessica Hendel is a professional writer and Content Creator at Khan Academy. She has led boot camps and coached many college applicants through the process of writing admissions essays, including the Common App personal statement and supplemental essays. She is a prompt engineer and subject matter expert on Khan Academy's AI-powered essay activities. She holds a BA in Sociology from Amherst College and an MFA in Writing for Screen and Television from the University of Southern California.
Nate Mannetter, Gonzaga University
Nate Mannetter is the Director of Admission Operations at Gonzaga University. After receiving his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Gonzaga, Nate began work in the Admission Office at Gonzaga. While working to help students connect to Gonzaga, Nate also received his MBA from Gonzaga (are you sensing a Zag-centric theme here?). Nate’s passion is supporting students through their college search process and helping make higher education accessible to all students. Outside of the office, Nate will be found exploring the beautiful outdoors in Spokane, WA with his wife and two gigantic dogs.
