Ernest Brevard Jr, Ed.D.
Assistant Vice President, EMASS Operations, Morgan State University
Ernest Brevard Jr is the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMASS) Operations at Morgan State University. Dr. Brevard also teaches in the Graduate Program in Higher Education in the Welch Center for Graduate and Professional Studies here at Goucher College. He has 15+ years of experience in higher education. His knowledge of student development theories, FERPA compliance, fundraising and development, student programming, CAS standards, leadership development, and assessment procedures. Prior to coming to Morgan, he worked in Student Affairs at the College of Charleston.
Dr. Brevard received his Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the College of Charleston, his Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Leadership in Higher Education and Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University. He is Quality Matters certified to teach online.

Terrence Gaskins is a Senior, computer science major attending Morgan State University from Baltimore, MD. On the college campus, he’s had the opportunity to be in many leadership positions that have helped serve his community and as a mentor, such as:

Janieth Wilson-Adams, Ph.D.
Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment, Jackson State University
A native of Sharon, MS, Janieth Wilson-Adams is the Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. As a student advocate, she is dedicated to helping students chart their path that gives them the greatest chance for success. She has 23 years’ experience in higher education, including admissions, recruitment, new student orientation, planning and assessment, administrative services, risk management, reaffirmation of accreditation, and strategic management.
She holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from Jackson State University, a Master's in Business Administration from Belhaven University, a certificate in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a Doctorate in Education Administration and Supervision (Higher Education Concentration).
