Richard received his BBA in Marketing from Howard University and his MBA in Sport Management from Seton Hall University. Before spending over 7 years at Nike, Richard held roles with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Reebok, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Converse and Modell’s Sporting Goods. At Nike, he held multiple marketing roles, including Brand Marketing Director for Jordan Brand and Richard was a co-founder of the Nike HBCU Yardrunners program. Currently Richard is a marketing consultant for multiple brands, focusing on creating innovative, yet authentic brand marketing initiatives. .

Brooke is a Hampton University Graduate, HBCU Alum, and creator of HBCyoU Dolls (a Purpose Toys brand). Through HBCyoU Dolls Brooke shares the magic and legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities with children far and wide.

Carolyn is the President/CEO of CDJ Consulting, LLC. She assists her clients in her private practice with career development strategies and life management. She is also a consultant for non-profit agencies, organizations and corporations on team building, talent acquisition, leadership and resource development. Carolyn holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, is an adept MBTI practitioner and has earned the NCDA Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credentials.
