Can homeschool students submit?

Yes. Homeschooled students who meet the eligibility criteria are eligible for recognition. Homeschooled students who believe they might be eligible for Rural & Small Town Recognition must nominate themselves. Homeschooled students’ eligibility for the Rural and Small town award is based on their home address and location data from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES).
